Since we are transformed by God?s grace when we become followers of Christ, we are to ?put off the old man? and ?put on the new man,? we need to be led by the Holy Spirit, to hear His voice rather than follow the voices of popular culture. To be discerning we need to know what the voice of the Holy Spirit sounds like and how to follow His lead. We need the Spirit?s direction as we walk each day in a fallen world.
